After some research, I found this post from A Storied Interior outlining how she ordered her lucite rods from a plastics manufacturer in Texas. I followed her instructions and called up Nationwide Plastics to order the two rods. Literally, a. piece. of. cake. The man on the phone was super friendly and the rods (I went with 1 1/2 inch) arrived 7 days later with polished ends and cut to the perfect length. Total for the rods-$212.16 shipped.
For brass brackets, I used brass ballet bar brackets as seen on this Hunted Interior post. I ordered from Railings.net. When they arrived I tried them on the rods and they worked beautifully. Total for the brackets-$84.56 shipped.
Lastly, I went searching for clear drapery rings (that don't exist) or brass rings (that are pricey). Alas, I decided clear shower curtain rings would be the best bet. I found some quality rings at Essential Hardware that were $1.35 for a 12 pack! Cha-ching! I ordered 5 packs to give me 14 rings per panel and ordered some drapery clips as well. Total at Essential Hardware-$22.38 shipped.
